Have you had a tree removed from your property, or has a tree fallen over in a storm and you are now left with a stump in the ground?

You can either try to dig it out by hand which will take a long time and often leaves some of the roots, or hire us with our stump grinding machinery to remove it for you. K.A.G. Enterprises have the equipment necessary to efficiently and quickly grind tree stumps of all shapes and sizes, at a very affordable cost.

Stump griding is a process by which a machine known as stump grinder grinds the stump and major roots into wood shavings. These machines are used to cut through the stump and soil ensuring that the stump is removed well below ground level.

Removing stumps starts with a thorough risk assessment. We will always ensure there is a safe access, as well as checking for any underground infrastructure that could potentially be in the way.

We can perform stump grinding to a level to allow for future planting, construction or landscaping.

Generally, we are able to grind down to a maximum depth of 300mm . We use the state-of-the-art stump grinders with no stump being too big or small. Holes are backfilled with the mulch that is created by grinding the stump. The remaining mulch is also great for ground cover, gardens, and flowerbeds. When we have finished, we thoroughly clean up your garden.

For total stump removal, upon request, we can use diggers to remove root balls.
